Who is responsible?
BFECOM, at the address in the legal notice, controls Dealeez personal data. For questions or rights requests, email contact@dealeez.fr with the subject “Personal data”. ID documents are not routinely required; proportionate verification may be requested if identity is uncertain.
Data and purposes
Account, orders, shipping and support use contact details, addresses, purchases, necessary correspondence and payment status to fulfil your contract or request. Invoices are retained for legal obligations. Security logs support our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Optional cart reminders require separate consent; a purchase is not advertising consent.
Recipients and providers
Access is limited to authorised BFECOM staff and necessary providers: OVH hosting, the payment provider used for the purchase (including Stripe or PayPal for some historic orders), email and the selected carrier. Optional French address suggestions send only the typed address fragment, through our server, to IGN’s Géoplateforme. We do not retain these searches; manual entry remains possible. We do not sell your data or import full card numbers into our console. Some providers may process data outside the EEA; their service-specific safeguards and contractual information apply.
Retention and history
Original accounts, orders and invoice references stay linked in WooCommerce through the redesign. Accounting records are archived for 10 years from the financial year end. Other data is limited to the period needed for the contract, support and applicable legal claims, then reviewed for deletion or anonymisation. Account deletion does not remove invoices subject to legal retention. Optional recovery carts expire after 7 days.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent for the future. We normally respond within one month; complex requests may require an explained extension. You may complain to the CNIL or your EU country’s supervisory authority. This new interface does not use commercial profiling or fully automated decisions with legal effects.
