Choosing, using and looking after your light
Start with how you want to position the light, then compare the pack size and charging features. These answers cover the current Dealeez range; for an older product, check the instructions for that model.
What is the difference between the single and the headlamp pair?
Both use the same rechargeable white-light headlamp. The single contains one lamp; the pair contains two. Choose according to the number of people or places you want to equip, rather than expecting a different lighting performance.
When should I choose a work light instead of a headlamp?
A headlamp moves with your head, leaving both hands free. A work light can stay directed at an engine compartment, an object or a workbench. Its magnetic base and hook give you different ways to position it, depending on the surface available.
How do the current lamps charge?
The current headlamp and work light use USB-C charging. Check the connection and instructions for your own model before charging: older products can have different connectors. Follow the manual rather than forcing a cable into the port.
How long does the battery last?
The current headlamp offers 4 to 8 hours of use, and the work light 3 to 8 hours, depending on the lighting mode. These ranges are not a promise of the same runtime at every brightness level. Plan your charging around the mode and duration you need.
Can the headlamp be used in the rain?
The current headlamp has an IPX4 splash-resistance rating. It must not be immersed in water. Check the manual for care and charging instructions; splash resistance does not make the lamp suitable for underwater use.
Where can I find instructions for an older product?
Open the manual section and choose the product family and language. Instructions for older models remain available, including the former camera range. A QR code on an existing product still leads to its preserved instruction address.
When is standard delivery free?
For mainland France and Corsica, standard delivery costs €4 and is free from €50 of purchases after discounts. The checkout confirms the delivery method and total for your address before payment. This condition does not imply delivery to every country.
How do I find an order or ask for help?
Sign in to the customer account used for your purchase to view the associated orders and available invoices. If you need help, write to contact@dealeez.fr with your order reference and a short description of the issue. Never send your password or card details.
