Returns are the responsibility of the customer in metropolitan France, Belgium and Switzerland, subject to a limit of one return per order. Packages are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our premises.
Your order doesn’t meet your expectations or you’ve changed your mind, no problem! You can return your items to us on request.
1. Send a request via the contact form or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Customer service will reply to your e-mail within 24 hours and will send you the postal address of our returns department.
Please note: The item must be returned in its original, unused packaging (branded bag/box, etc.), allowing it to be sold again.
In the event of a dispute, it is up to you to keep the proof of deposit. Don’t forget to repackage your return properly so that it is not damaged during transport.
All or part of the order will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days to the bank card initially used for payment or to the PayPal account used to place the order. No other means of refund will be available.
In the event of a refund, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer; the initial cost of postage will not be refunded.
No claims will be accepted after 30 days from receipt of your order.
